1.) Products Non-human damage we will repair with free. 
2.) Products damaged by human, such as screen broken, we will repair it, and customer pay the fee of spare part. 
3.) System (soft) has problem, we will supply technology support to update. 
4.) Spare Part such as A/C adapter, USB cable. We can supply it with free, but customer pays the shipping cost.

      Or all is free in the second time order. 
5.) About Shipping cost: we will pay it when we send back to customer and customer pay it when send back to us
